These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetSignQuote platform operated by GetSignQuote Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
GetSignQuote is an AI powered quoting platform that provides instant estimates for trade and service businesses. The platform includes AI quoting, lead management (CRM), email automations, proposal generation, and related tools.
When you sign up through our waitlist form, we create an account for you with a 7 day free trial. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your free trial begins when your account is created and lasts for 7 days. During the trial, you have full access to all platform features. After the trial period, your account will be locked until you upgrade to a paid plan. We will retain your data for 90 days after trial expiry.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including pricing databases, customer leads, quotes, and business information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
Quotes, estimates, tender responses, and other content generated by our AI features are provided as indicative estimates only. They are based on the pricing data you provide and should not be treated as final quotes without review. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI generated content and recommend you review all outputs before sending to customers.

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide notice of planned maintenance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, GetSignQuote Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
The GetSignQuote platform, including its design, code, and AI technology, is owned by GetSignQuote Pty Ltd. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion unless you request earlier removal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
